Active, Affiliate, Retired and Trainee members shall pay annual fees in the amounts determined by the Board of Directors, subject to approval by the Council. Annual fees for these categories of membership may be varied for members from countries with economic or social difficulties, as determined by the Board of Directors, subject to approval by the Council.

There shall be no annual fees required of Honorary members.

Annual fees are payable on January 1 of each year. Membership benefits, including voting rights, become effective as of the date of receipt of payment of the annual membership fee for that year.
